Why does sunlight help me sleep better?
Safe exposure to direct sunlight for at least 30 minutes a day/ 3 days a week helps your body generate vitamin D, which gets converted into D3. Vitamin D3 is important in creating serotonin (a stress management hormone that helps you prepare for sleep) and communication between sleep supporting neurons.
