Should I sleep with clothes on or off?
The less barriers between you and the bed, the better. Your body cools down for sleep but also warms up during certain stages, so that heat needs to go somewhere. Sleeping nude is great if you are comfortable with it.
What if i can’t sleep in the dark?
Sleeping in total darkness can definitely be uncomfortable, especially if you have trauma associated with it. You can still sleep well with a small light no brighter than a candle. Position it away from your line of sight in bed and close to the floor.
