Why Behind Your Z’s Episode Zero- What’s In a Name?

This episode explains the meaning behind my podcast name. Everyone has a name.

You likely know where you got your name from. But have you thought about the meaning behind other people’s names? Or other company’s names?

When I came up with the name for my podcast, I focused a lot on what people want to know about sleep. I know a lot about sleep, insomnia, sleep paralysis, and other disorders. Unfortunately I was a victim to many, but also overcame them. Yet I didn’t learn the “why” behind how some of the methods I researched and succeeded with.

So that’s where the name starts. The “why”. It’s easier to understand a problem to solve when you work backwards and understand “why” it is.
